Future Plans
On December 17, 2001 we held our first service in our new 525-person MainAuditorium. Since that time we have seen God use our new facility in many ways to glorify Him , bless our church, and reach out to our community.We have made excellent progress and it is now time to finish this portion of our improvements.
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to provide adequate parking and facility space to accommodate a congregation of up to 850 people, a Christian School (K-12), and to retire the mortgage debt on our property.
OUR PROGRESS
Completed Projects
- Decorated and furnished the new Multi-Purpose Building
- Renovated Church Office, to include new furniture, furnishings and equipment
- Purchased new Storage Barns
- Provided down payment, closing costs, and renovation costs of property at 808 Trimble Rd.
- Painted exterior of School and Office Building
- Established a Bookstore
- Replace the 15-yr old Air Conditioning System for the School Building
Remaining Projects
- Expand, Pave, Light, and Provide Storm Water Management for the Church
- Parking Lot to provide access for a minimum of 750 persons
- Finish the New Storage Area
- Finish the New Facility
- Replace the 15-yr old Roof on the School Building and the Roof on the Office Building
- Landscape Our Property
2005-2007 :IMPROVING OUR PARKING LOT
We are in the process of designing a new parking lot. Our new 300 space Parking lot will provide access for Up to 850 persons. We also want to Provide adequate lighting for all parking facilities, Provide access ramps, lighting and electricity for our new storage barns and Grade and pave our new Parking lot: $250,000
Pay off our existing mortgage: $850,000
Grand Total: $1,100,000

If we each give 40% above our tithes to raise the funds in 5 years.
If we each give 30% above our tithes to raise the funds in 7 years.
If we each give 20% above our tithes to raise the funds in 10 years.

God will grant us wisdom and favor throughout the construction process.
God will powerfully use our ministries, property, and facilities to be a lighthouse to our community and a launching pad to the nations.
Serve
To reduce construction labor costs where feasible, we will be scheduling work days and projects and asking you to provide your time and talents.
